Defectiveitems can be exchanged within 14 days of purchased, but must be returned in anunused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receiptmust be produced to show proof of purchase in Mother Court. Exchange requestwill not be accepted if exceeds the above specific timeframe.
Forpersonal hygiene purposes, merchandise categories under toiletries, underwear(inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unlessfaulty) and food items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition,merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchangepolicy. Please include your invoice number, date of purchase, product name andreason for return. Once delivered, the delivery and assembly charges arenon-refundable. Please note that no cash or credit card refund will be given.All exchanges would have to be for items of the same value or higher.
Damaged/ Faulty goods
Thequality of our product matters. To ensure you have the best shoppingexperience, we will check each of our order very carefully before dispatching.However, if in any case the product is damaged or faulty, we recommend you totake a photo of the damaged part immediately, and contact us within 24 hours ofyour receipt of the item. We will work closely with you to resolve the matter.
Modification& Cancellation of order
Pleasecontact us on by email or WhatsApp to +852-5111-4322 if you wish to cancel ormake changes to the details of your order (e.g. delivery address). Please notethat all items that have been dispatched cannot be modified / cancelled underany circumstances.
Receivinga Refund
•Itemsmust be returned to us unused with all tags and labels still attached. Returnsthat do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. We will refund back tothe original payment method.
•Deliverycharges are non-refundable and administrative charges may apply.
•Pleasenote that refunds can take up to 20 working days to show on your account due tovarying processing times between payment providers.
•Duringour sale, products marked as "SALE", “PROMOTION” or “SPECIAL” cannotbe returned, exchanged or refunded.
WrongItem Sent by Us
Forany wrong item sent to you, we will provide the right item and retrieve thewrong one at our cost. An exchange can be provided or a refund may be processedbased on customer preference.
Pleaseunderstand that returns caused by the following reasons cannot be handled as awrong item return.
1.Theactual appearance or colour of the products may differ from that shown in thephotos, the actual products will prevail.
2.Dueto lighting or colour difference of computer monitors, resulting in some slightcolour variations between the actual product and the photo.
3.Allmeasurements and weights are approximate. Specifications information on productdetails page is for your reference only; due to the manual measurement,different batches of orders or individual measuring methods, it may be slightlydifferent from your measurements.
ForWrong Size Purchase / Exchanges / Returns
Forwrong size purchased, returns or products exchanges, the delivery fees incurredin the exchange are borne by customers. Please note that no cash or credit cardrefund will be given. All exchanges would have to be for items of the samevalue or higher.
Pleasenote: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address below. Weare not responsible for any item(s) that are lost or damage in transit. Once wehave received the item in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange asagreed.
