Delivery Policy

Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Installation


Hong Kong Standard Delivery

Purchase non-installation products, please refer to term 1 - General delivery service of <Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Installation>.

Purchase products require assembling service, please refer to term 2. Our after-sale service team will arrange the delivery.

1. General delivery service (non-installation products)

1.1 The actual delivery date and time depend on the delivery itinerary on the delivery date. If you need to be delivered at a specific date or time, an additional fee will be charged (please refer to 5)

1.2 For remote areas, or areas where delivery cannot be arranged that additional quotation is required. The arrival date and time will be subject to the actual situation.

1.3 Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (no service on Sundays, and public holidays)

1.4 Goods should be delivered 3 working days from the date of purchase or modification. Additional fees apply for delivery less than 3 working days (please refer to 3.1)

1.5 Stair handling fee is HK$50 per floor (max 3 floors) for buildings without lift or delivery can only made via staircases (please refer to 4)

1.6 Delivery or installation service is not applicable to: Outside of service hours / Restricted areas, Houseboats, Units under Renovation and Sites, etc.

1.7 The delivery team will contact the customer on the designated delivery date prior to the delivery.

1.8 Delivery of some products will be arranged by the brand. They do not apply to the above delivery policy and additional delivery fee will be charged. For further information, please refer to the product description.

2. Designated delivery and installation arrangement

2.1  Service hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (no service on Sundays and public holidays)

2.2  Furniture should be delivered and installed after 10 working days from the date of purchase or modification. Additional fees apply for delivery less than 10 working days (please refer to 5.1)

2.3  The actual date and time of delivery and installation are subject to the itinerary of the day. Additional fees apply for specific date and/or time delivery (please refer to 5.2)

2.4  Installation fee is ranging from $250-$800, depending on the subjected products. The installation address must be the same as the delivery address. If the delivery and installation of any date/time/address are different, additional fees apply (please refer to 3.3)

2.5  Stair Handling fee is HK$50 per floor (Quotation required for the 4th floor or above) for buildings without lift or delivery can only made via staircases (please refer to 6)

2.6  Delivery or installation service is not applicable to: Outside of service hours / Restricted areas, Houseboats, Units under Renovation and Sites, etc.

2.7  The delivery team will contact customer one day prior to the delivery.

2.8  Delivery/installation of some products will be arranged by the brand. They do not apply to the above delivery policy and additional delivery fee will be charged. For further information, please refer to the product description.



3. Special arrangements

3.1 Express Delivery (installation on the same date): +HK$300 for urgent delivery within 3 working days

3.2 Specific delivery (installation on the same date): +HK$300 for delivery at a specific time, or/and; +HK$300 for delivery on a specific date

3.3 Separate delivery & installation: +HK$500 for installation on a separate date, or/and; +HK$500 for installation on a separate time, or/and; +HK$500 for installation on a separate address


4. Point of unloading/delivery and stair handling fee

4.1 The delivery service is only limited to the distance from the unloading point to the point of delivery & installation within 100 meters, otherwise the delivery team will charge a handling fee of HK$300 directly

4.2 From the unloading point (including the parking lot area) to the delivery & installation point, if it is necessary to access stairs, stairs handling fee applies: 1 floor: HK$50; 2 floors: HK$100; 3 floors: HK$150; the 4th floor or more: Please agree with logistics team before delivery (max 10 steps per floor, more steps will be counted towards next floor )


5. Delivery Failure & Unable to Confirm Delivery: There will be no refund delivery charges on delivery failure due to unable to confirm delivery time with customers / an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time / measurement not fit for delivery etc. Rescheduled in such circumstance, additional fees applied. (please refer to term 5)


6. If the delivery day encounters force majeure and other factors (including but not limited to the hoisting of the No. 8 typhoon signal / black rainstorm warning / road blockage or closure, etc.). The delivery service will be delayed or suspended. The customer service team will resume normal services and contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange for the re-delivery.


7. Delivery to the riverside or the wharf require the customer to arrange necessary sea transportation, including the loading and unloading of the goods. All expenses must be paid by the customer.


8. If customer needs to change the delivery date and make changes to the original order, it must be confirmed 10 working days before the delivery date confirmed by both parties.


9. Mother Court reserves the right to make any amendments to the above terms without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Mother Court reserves the right of final decision.
