Free delivery if purchase HKD$800 or above, otherwise HKD$50 delivery fee will be charged.
1. General delivery service
1.1 The actual delivery date and time depend on the delivery itinerary of the delivery services provider on the delivery date. If you need to be delivered at a specific date or time, an additional fee will be charged(please refer to 5)
1.2 For remote areas where delivery cannot be arranged, customers can check with the delivery service provider. The delivery progress may vary due to availability/weather/traffic conditions, Customers can check with the delivery service provider for an updated status.
Purchase up to $800 can enjoy FREE delivery. Less than $800 costs $50/order.
Kowloon/New Territories / HK Island: Tues/Thur 6-11PM or Wed/Fri/Sat: 10:30am - 5pm
Ma Wan, Discovery Bay Tues/Thur 12-4 pm
Tung Chung: Thur/Sat: 4-10pm
Other Island: Need to make an appointment
With Stairs: $50/level
2. Designated delivery and installation arrangement
2.1 Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 11:00 pm(no service on Sundays and public holidays)
2.2 Furniture should be delivered and installed after 10 working days from the date of purchase or modification. Additional fees apply to delivery of less than 10 working days (please refer to 5.1)
2.3 The actual date and time of delivery and installation are subject to the itinerary of the day. Additional fees apply for a specific date and/or time delivery (please refer to 5.2)
2.4 Installation fee is HK$250 for Chairs, HK$350 for beds, and HK$500 for Stokke Dresser, and the installation address must be the same as the delivery address. If the delivery and installation of any date/time/address are different, additional fees apply (please refer to 5.3)
2.5 Stair Handling fee is HK$50 per floor (Quotation required for the 4th floor or above) for buildings without lift or delivery can only be made via staircases (please refer to 6)
2.6 Delivery or installation service is not applicable to Outside of service hours / Restricted areas, Houseboats, Units under Renovation and Sites, etc.
2.7 The delivery team will contact the customer one day prior to the delivery.
3. Delivery Failure & Unable to ConfirmDelivery: There will be no refund delivery charges on delivery failure due to unable to confirm delivery time with customers / an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time/measurement not fit for delivery etc. Rescheduled in such circumstances, additional fees apply.
4. Special arrangements
5.1 Express Delivery (installation on the same date): +HK$500 for urgent delivery within 3 working days, or; +HK$300 for delivery within 4-10 working days
5.2 Specific delivery (installation on the same date): +HK$300 for delivery at a specific time, or/and; +HK$300 for delivery on a specific date
5.3 Separate delivery & installation: +HK$500 for installation on a separate date, or/and; +HK$500 for installation on a separate time, or/and;+HK$500 for installation on a separate address
5. Point of unloading/delivery and stair handling fee
6.1 The delivery service is only limited to the distance from the unloading point to the point of delivery & installation within 100 meters, otherwise the delivery team will charge a handling fee of HK$300 directly
6.2 From the unloading point (including the parking lot area) to the delivery& installation point, if it is necessary to access stairs, stairs handling fee applies: 1 floor: HK$50; 2 floors: HK$100; 3 floors: HK$150; the 4th floor or more: Please agree with logistics team before delivery (max 10 steps per floor, more steps will be counted towards next floor )
6. 7. If the delivery day encounters force majeure and other factors(including but not limited to the hoisting of the No. 8 typhoon signal / black rainstorm warning/road blockage or closure, etc.). The delivery service will be delayed or suspended. The customer service team will resume normal services and contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange for the re-delivery.
