What is Fulvic Acid?

Fulvic acid is a type of humic substance formed when plants are broken down by soil microorganisms. It has the unique ability to bind trace minerals in soil and transport them through water, supporting plant absorption of minerals.

While many types of fulvic acid exist, Herz Skin uses fulvic acid extracted from humic shale in Utah, USA — ancient plant deposits formed around 100 million years ago. This fulvic acid contains over 70 plant-derived minerals, providing a rich foundation for healthy, radiant skin.
